the location is convenient with bus stops nearby. the bus ride to the city center is quick. alternatively a walk along the thames is an option. i found the beds comfortable.
The fridge in my room wasn't working. I had to discard some items. i couldn't reach the owner by phone on that day. this was a small inconvenience.

the guest house sits away from the city center. it provides a quieter environment while still being accessible. buses stop close to the hotel offering easy transportation into the center.

the hotel was very clean I noticed that immediately. our room was cleaned every day . there were many towels available for my use in the room.
i did not like that there was no owner available by telephone. when i tried to call, i got a recording about unavailability. this made it difficult to resolve a minor issue. the location is near a busy street.

i found free parking, a major plus. the room was a good size and very quiet at the back!!!
wij hadden een koelkastje op de kamer echter dat werkte niet en dus konden alles wegkiepen. toen ik probeerde contact te zoeken via het telefoonnummer kreeg ik een bandje dat de eigenaresse niet bereikbaar was die dag!!!!!! waardeloos.
